i know what the future will hold
i can see the truth in people -
they have all got four or five different faces 

it is anxiety that controls my imagination - 
the negative outcomes 
happening in three months, or two 

however, depression too plays a part 
it is pure paranoia -
they don’t really like you 
they couldn’t give a damn 

wary, and frightened 
of all of the possibilities 

my mind warps 

and starts to 
believe in what the mental diseases are telling me.
